06/03/2020

Since the start of the New Crown Pneumonia Epidemic Blocking War, under the strong leadership of the Party Central Committee, various departments and industries have urgently assembled and coordinated action. The front-line personnel have dedicated themselves and charged forward, making active contributions to winning the epidemic prevention and control blocking war. The prevention and control work has achieved initial results.

The current epidemic situation is still grim and complex, and prevention and control are at a critical stage. All members of the association actively donated money and love for the epidemic prevention and control work. Together, they worked together to make a contribution to winning this life-defense battle without smoke.

On March 2, the first working day of receipt of a donation notice from the Party Committee of the Ministry of Commerce, the China Cargo Association studied and determined the donation organization plan in accordance with the spirit of the notice, and launched a charitable donation initiative for epidemic prevention and control among all members of the association.

In order to ensure that donations are carried out safely without contact or gathering, the association mobilizes all members through WeChat to actively dedicate love and support donations to support epidemic prevention and control based on the principle of "voluntarily voluntarily and within our capacity".

Once the donation initiative was issued, all employees responded positively and donated actively. In just two hours, the association’s party members donated 100% of the donation, youth league members, union members, and colleagues of the Luqiao Working Committee participated in it. The donation rate of all members reached 95%.

On March 5th, the association's donations were handed over to the Party Committee of the Ministry of Commerce after being announced and aggregated by all members, and the higher-level party organizations handed over to the Central Organization Department.
